Pepper Jack Vineyards- Texas High Plains
Aged in neutral French oak barrel using the same wine as the award-winning 2023 Fiano. On the nose, there are aromas of honeydew melon, linden and orange rind. The palate has bright and fresh notes of mandarin orange, cooked pineapple and golden raisin. This Fiano has a medium body with a layered and complex long finish.
