Pepper Jack Vineyards- Texas High Plains
Full of black/blue fruit notes: black currant, black cherry and blackberry. On the nose, you will also find black tea, chocolate, vanilla, violet and leather. On the palate, there's blackberry along with cherry and strawberry with a hint of orange zest and pecan on the finish. Tannins are smooth and the finish is long.
