Timmons Estate- Texas High Plains
Dry, medium-bodied with bright acidity. Aromas of pear, cantaloupe and honey shine through. On the palate, there is melon, both honey dew and cantaloupe, coupled with nice minerality. A food-friendly wine but also lovely on its own.
